Key Point Health Services’ Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) provides in-person and telehealth treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
Clients begin with a three-part evaluation – diagnostic, biopsychosocial, and medical – to guide personalized care.
We treat a range of conditions including mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and psychosis.
Walk-in intake appointments are available.
Comprehensive Behavioral Health Care That’s Easy to Access and Built Around You
Accessible Behavioral Health Services for Children, Teens, and Adults
Key Point Health’s OMHC provides comprehensive behavioral health care for individuals ages 5 and up. Services include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication management. Care is trauma-informed and tailored to each client’s needs through a full clinical assessment process.
With three convenient clinic locations and both in-person and telehealth options, the program ensures flexible access to services. Most major insurance plans are accepted, and sliding scale fees are available. Walk-in intakes make it easy to get started without delay.
Each program shares a core focus on recovery, promoting independence, supporting community integration, developing practical life skills, and preventing hospitalization or behavioral health crises. Common services offered across both programs include rehabilitation assessments, case management, individualized treatment planning, group counseling and structured activities, social skills development, health education, computer literacy training, recreational opportunities, and transportation assistance.
