24/7 Support & Life Skills Training
On-site staff are available around the clock, with a behavioral health professional on-call 24/7. Services focus on developing independence through life skills training, medication management, and active community involvement.

Eligibility Criteria
- Adults 18+ with serious and persistent mental illness
- Maryland Medicaid recipient
- Must meet priority population criteria
- Referred by local core service agencies
- Willing to participate in rehabilitation services
